RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION
The management of TEMA OOD is committed to providing the services requested and paid for by the client through an online reservation, in the full quantity and quality specified based on the details provided by the client via the reservation form: client name, dates, number of overnight stays, number of adults and children, and price per night.
All client requests entered in the ‘Note’ field of the reservation form will be fulfilled, if possible.
Only those under the age specified at the time of reservation will be considered children upon arrival.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices on the TEMA OOD website are in BGN, inclusive of VAT, tourist tax, and insurance. The total amount due from the client is automatically calculated based on the number of days, number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the respective period.
For online reservations, a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking, either via debit/credit card or by bank transfer within the specified period after booking.
TEMA OOD reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and current availability. For already made, confirmed, and paid reservations, the amount due does not change regardless of any new price offers presented.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
In case of cancellation, non-use, or modification of an already paid online reservation by the client, TEMA OOD will refund the paid amount upon request, deducting the applicable penalty:
Free cancellation for a reservation can be made up to 30 days before the date of accommodation.
For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the accommodation date, 50% of the paid deposit will be retained.
In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the accommodation date, the paid deposit is non-refundable.
For refunds of paid amounts, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are borne by the client. Refunds due to cancellation are processed within a 30-day period depending on the payment method. Amounts are refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

 

TYPES OF PAYMENTS
Payment can be made in 3 different ways:
1. By electronic means with a debit or credit card.
We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, or Maestro cards. When choosing this payment method, a payment page from our servicing bank (POSTBANK) will open, where you will enter your card details. If you are registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page from your issuing bank will open, where you will enter your authentication password. Upon a successful transaction, a transaction receipt will be displayed on the screen, which you can print or save.
Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
To protect you from misuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:
Security in entering and transmitting card data is ensured by using the SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.
The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).
In addition, to verify your identity as a cardholder, the payment server for e-commerce of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, if you are registered to use them.
At the moment of online reservation, the mentioned amounts will be automatically deducted from your card upon completion of the payment process.
From a security standpoint, the maximum amount for card payment is 3,000 BGN.

2. By bank transfer
The payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the deadline indicated after the reservation. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the payment document to reservation@armirahotel.com, ensuring that the reservation number is included in the payment reference.

3. In cash, at the reception of TEMA OOD
For reservations with a check-in date within the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose cash payment at the reception to expedite the reservation processing.
IMPORTANT!
If the online reservation is not paid within the specified period, and a copy of the payment document for bank transfers is not provided, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.
In case you are unable to pay the amount for an already made online reservation, please notify us at reservation@armirahotel.com
If this condition is not met, TEMA OOD reserves the right to seek responsibility and impose penalties for reservations that have been made but not paid.

 

REFUND POLICY
If the client cancels their reservation under the above conditions, we will refund the amount using the same payment method that was used for the reservation.
Refunds for payments made by bank card or bank transfer can only be processed to the bank card or bank account used for the payment. All bank fees for this transaction are at the client’s expense.
