The prices are for the respective room, based on double occupancy.

Additional charges:

• Children aged 4 to 12 years receive discounts only when accommodated with two adults, on an extra bed/sofa/armchair!
• Children up to 12 years old – FREE with included breakfast
• First child aged 4 to 12 years – FREE with included breakfast
• A third or fourth adult, accommodated in an apartment, pays extra:
  – BGN 170 per night with included breakfast and festive dinner on February 14.

Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

• Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the reservation value, to be paid within one week from the date of receiving the written confirmation and proforma invoice for the advance payment!
• For cancellations made before 01/02/2025, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made after 01/02/2025, the paid deposit is non-refundable!
